- There are 16 + 16 = 32 Aircom guns and 3 Aircom Italian pumps in the spraying cabinet and four drying and one cooling cabinets connected. (There are 12+12=24 guns in 2400 and 2600 mm.)
- Totally 32 guns and adjustable rotating speeds provide 30% dye saving and finishing quality.
- Belt speed and rotating speed of spraying cabinet are adjustable by speed controllers.
- Chimney exhaust system is working with water and snail type aspirators. Suction is great.
- All of the dye particles absorbed by the aspirator are kept in the circulated water and ecological chimney system this is filtered. Coming out of dye particles is prevented.
- The bottom, top and side constructions of spraying cabinet are produced from 304 quality stainless steel and can be used forever.
- The inlet and outlet parts of the spraying cabinet are designed as semicircles. This design also reveals areas remaining in the blind spot in square type spraying cabinets so that spraying process can be observed clearly.
- Rotating arms to which guns are connected is equipped with a switch system (which is also mandatory due to the environmental health and safety risk). The system stops rotating of the guns automatically when front windows are opened.
- Electrical panel is produced according to European norms and standards.
- Machine has four different dye channels and one polish channel. Thanks to separate dye channels, it is possible to spray two different colors at the same time.
- Due to separate dye channels, there is Dye Regeneration System that allows taking back dyes in the channels at the end of the day or during the color changing. The amount of dye in the machine is about 2 kg.
- Special devices control humidity rate in the drying cabinets.
- Belt reducer is coupled to the monofilo perlon roller and power losses are eliminated.
- Since drive mechanism of the special monofilo perlon washing system is connected to belt roller, monofilo perlons are cleaned with water supplied to the washing system when the belt starts to work. Thus, it does not make different color traces under leathers.
- Heat losses in drying cabinets are minimized by high-density isolated glass placed between double walls.
- Since the radial aspirators with high airflow are used in the drying cabinets, a quiet and vibration-free working environment is provided.
- As the economizer used in our machine is our own production, spare parts can be provided at any time. In case of emergency, the service economizer is sent to ensure that production does not stop.
- Economizers in machines that has double spraying cabinets are independent of each other and can be adjusted separately. In case of any failure in any economizer, the other one will continue to work and production will not be interrupted. This feature is only available on our machine.
- Rotating speed of spraying cabinets and belt speed can be seen from LCD display on economizers. In addition, size and number of dyed leather as square decimeter (with 10% error rate) are shown on the same screen.
