It is necessary that the dampness ratio of the skin must be 14-15 %
However this ratio is very low on dried skins.Becides the skins prepared to become dampyant the dampen machine in order to put into the drum. The machine’s mainly purpose is damping of the skins by the nozzless or the spray guns are run by diaphgram or re-circulation pump.
The skin is put on to the conveyor belt on side of the machine and is put out from the other side as damped. The boot of the machine is completaly layed by stainless steel against to corrosive.
